Berdasarkan hasil Gelar Pengawasan Daerah atau Larwasda (Kamis, 14/12/17) di Pendopo Klaten oleh Inspektorat Klaten menunjukan terjadi trend penurunan temuan baik jumlah maupun finansial dalam pemeriksaan pelaksanaan keuangan 2016.
Syahruna selaku Inspektur Klaten menjelaskan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya terjadi penurunan jumlah temuan dari 1.511 menjadi 689 temuan. Sebagian besar kasus temuan itu berbentuk kelemahan administrasi. Selain itu dari sisi finansial juga mengalami penurunan dari 1,6 milyar menjadi hanya 807 juta. Sebaliknya jumlah aduan masyarakat mengalami peningkatan dari 6 aduan menjadi 21 aduan dimana semuanya bisa diselesaikan dan ditindaklanjuti tim pemeriksa. Syahruna menekan agar setiap organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) meningkatkan sistim pengendalian internal atau maturitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemerintah, Pemkab Klaten saat ini masih di lewel kurang dari 2.
Sementara Fauki Ahmad Khorir selaku Kordinator Pengawasan Bidang Akuntabilitas Pemerintahan Daerah dari Badan Pengawas Keuangan dan Pembangunan Yogyakarta mengatakan ada empat aspek penting dalam penerapan Sistim Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah yakni kegiatan yang efisien dan efektif, kehandalan laporan keuangan, keamanan aset dan ketaatan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan. Salah satu contohnya kata Fauki sebagaimana menjadi viral di media sosial tentang pidato Presiden Joko Widodo yang masih banyak ditemukan kegiatan yang tidak efektif. Kegiatan itu adalah biaya pendukung yang dominan ketimbang subtansinya. Hal ini yang harus banyak dikoreksi di pemerintah kota dan kabupaten.
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun Tin Focusklaten, Inspektorat Klaten bekerja sama BPKP Yogyakarta dan Inpekstorat Jawa Tengah mengadakan Gelar Pengawasan Daerah atau Larwasda (14/12/17) bertempat di Pendopo Klaten. Acara yang dihadiri 400 peserta dari unsur kepala OPD, kepala sekolah, para camat dan perwakilan kepala desa itu menghadirkan dua narasumber yakni Fauki Ahmad Khorir selaku Kordinator Pengawasan Bidang Akuntabilitas Pemerintahan Daerah dari Badan Pengawas Keuangan dan Pembangunan Yogyakarta dan Agung Suryanto dari Inspektorat Jawa Tengah (Jepe).
